Staff Report Format - The Guy - 07-09-2018
Please use the numbered format below (copy, paste, and fill it out in a new thread) for your staff report, any report not using this format will be considered invalid and will be denied!
When making a Staff Report please be mature and respectful of the staff member you are reporting and make sure to take into account their side of the story if they post it. For a report to even be considered evidence MUST be provided, also required, is the SteamID of whoever you are reporting, you can do this by clicking their name in the tab menu and click "Copy SteamID" button or if you know their Steam profile use https://steamid.xyz/. Please, provide as much detail as possible!
Lastly, please make sure to have an appropriate thread title on your report, i.e. " [Galaxy of Magic] Staff Report - John Smith" YOU MUST TAG THE SERVER IN THE REPORT'S TITLE
- Steam chats can be faked and will not count as evidence.
- OFF TOPIC POSTS ON STAFF REPORTS ARE NOT TOLORATED.
- Evidence must be in mint condition, and must show that it is unedited (copy pasting text, typing out a quote, unclear videos which could be misconstrued, etc. is not substantial evidence)
- Server or community staff who misbehave on the forums should be reported via the button on the bottom right of their post. If you need help identifying a staff member and or their rank, check here.
- Reporters MUST have all questions answered. If you state that you will be providing information such as a Steam ID, Evidence and etc later, that is an incomplete report and will be locked. Please have all information present before making a report.
