Hypernova Spell

I have a suggestion for a noble prestige spell called hypernova, which is a 100 damage version of supernova. It takes as long to recharge as obliterate and functions pretty much the same way. Maybe since it's not on a special job it can have a longer recharge time, but I think it makes sense to give to people who bench RP for months to get to the maximum prestige

imo 90dmg would be alright without having any CD dif but "one shot" on any job even student jobs might be a little much. If there's a way to disable it on some jobs like how the gnomed one has damage spells disabled it might be alright. I feel someone shouldn't just be on any student job and just cast a one-shot down the hall while no one can see who casted it. Sure people can do that already with starbright archeron, and they do, however it will be much worse with every job doing it.
