Easy +1, I stand with my statement provided on her staff manager app. She has previous experience in the admin position, and did an amazing job as one. There are no clear negatives, however I cannot say anything regarding her activity, as I'm not active myself.
I would however like to point out that the staff team is in need of more moderators, so disregarding any mild concerns about her activity, accepting her would do more good than harm.
