As is stated in 6 you can't use ban messages as evidence, and the ban message is the only evidence. This topic is pointless and Etlenor hasn't even asked for an unban. There's no way of knowing who issued the ban or if Jacob is just fucking around with him and people are overreacting to screenshots. Zero context given in the report.

Edit: I should add, that it probably wasn't Jacob who wrote that ban message as it's not robotic enough. You're likely referring to Lexa here but you lack the context on those bans and can't possibly have any info on what convos the forum team has had since about them. Still the message is also written as a letter and I only see Sibyl or the owner doing this, and Sibyl is more than likely to contact Etlenor directly before action is taken.
Most likely the person issuing the ban on Etlenor was the owner (this was noted by someone else and I agree it makes sense after the numerous posts he's said to have been making about the server dying), and you can't hope to successfully report the sole owner on his own forums.
